pconestopshop is open Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.  We also observe all major bank holidays.  We do monitor the eBay messaging system during weekends and evenings, but obviously there are some queries we can only answer during office hours.

This email address receives a HUGE amount of email spam and is not monitored.  The most effective method is to use the eBay messaging system.  We aim to respond to messages within 24hrs, our usual response time is 3-4 hrs.

pconestopshop's main telephone number is 0845 617 0991, this is answered during our normal office hours.  Outside of this time it is possible to leave a voicemail, we recommend however waiting until we are able to take the call.  Outside of office hours a message sent using the eBay message system is the more practical option.
