Returns can only be made on UNOPENED/DAMAGED products, 7 days within receipt of your purchase. If a return is required, please contact us on through ebay to make arrangements.

NOTE: When sending items back to us, ALWAYS send it via recorded delivery, otherwise we will not accept them. We will only refund for the item purchased. Postage fees are non-refundable as  the postage fees that you have paid is not for the item but for the Royalmail service.

If for whatever reason your item comes back to us because you were not in when the postman came or you didnt collect from your local post office or the address details that is on your Paypal account is incorrect, for us to re-post to you again you will incur a £2.00 admin fee plus the postage fee to re-post to you again. The admin fee and the postage fee will have to be paid to our Paypal account before re-delivery can be carried out.
