At Urban Knights we always aim to have the best prices on Ebay. However, if you see anybody on Ebay (the UK version) selling anything we sell for cheaper, we promise to beat that price!

We have conditions though:

1) The item must be on sale for immediate purchase – not an auction item (so all items being sold via ‘Buy It Now’). We match 'Buy It Now' item prices INCLUDING POSTAGE, as we do not charge postage to UK customers and have to take that into account.

2) We only match the 'Buy It Now' prices of UK based sellers. As we are based in the UK our prices reflect our local costs. So if you find a seller selling something cheaper as it is in dollars, for example, we are not going to match that. You can obviously purchase from them, but you will have to wait for it, and you won't the same discretion and quality of service that is guaranteed from us.

How the price matching system works

In the unlikely event that you encounter a seller offering an item that we stock for less than we charge:

1) Buy that same item from us. 2) Copy and paste the item number of the cheaper item into the Paypal comment box when you are paying for our item. 3) Once we have confirmed that the cheaper item is valid, we will refund you the difference, plus a little more, so that you receive that product for the cheapest price on Ebay!

You MUST follow these exact steps otherwise the discount will not be given. This offer does not function retroactively: you cannot email us with a cheaper item's number after you have made a purchase from us.

PLEASE NOTE: We are legally obliged to state that we reserve the right to refuse a price match. We would only ever do this in the event of an invalid claim. Otherwise we stand by this offer as one of Ebay’s top retailers of male sexual enhancers.
