All your post is sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Tracking numbers for all items are available on request after 5 working days from purchase.

Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery.

All international orders are posted via Royal Mail International - Recorded Signed For. It is the customer’s responsibility to check if products are allowed in their country as we will not be held responsible for items withheld by customs. All international orders are subject to the stated postage costs.

Track Your Order

Please note: once your item is delivered to your stated address and a card for collection is left, we will no longer be held responsible for that item. All correspondence complaining about missed deliveries will be ignored as a consequence: it is up to you to ensure someone is at home to receive your order. You can arrange re-delivery by Royal Mail or collection in person from your depot. (This applies to all items sent by Recorded Delivery, any queries please contact Royal Mail on 084577 407 40).

IF an item has been delivered to your address, a RED collection card has been left, but you still have not made any arrangements for redelivery or collection from your local post depot, the items are usually returned to us. Now we must state that it is YOUR responsibility to collect your items once they are delivered, as we have completed our obligation. IF items are returned to us and you then wish for us to post them out again, we will charge an admin fee of £2.50 , plus £1.50 for postage and packing. SO MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS IN TO RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY OR COLLECT IT FROM YOUR POSTAL DEPOT.

Discrete postage: All items are sent out in plain jiffy bags with only your name and address, plus our return details on the back. Items can not be seen through the packaging.

Non-UK mainland is classed as international for delivery.
