Cancellation & Returns Policy

Here at Ultimate Styling we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to change your mind and cancel or return items. If your item has not been shipped and you have not received a dispatched email please contact us immediately and we will do our best to stop your order being processed. If you have received a dispatched email or your item, and it is not what you want you can return it at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this simply return the item to us, you do not have to give any reason why but a brief explanation may help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. Please ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage, with their original boxes along with a copy of the invoice/delivery note.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item(s) that has been deliveried within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products.

If the item is returned un-opened and in its original re-sellable condition then a full refund of the purchase price of the item will be given.

If the item is not in its original packaging thus not in a re-sellable condition when returned then a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% re-stocking charge will be made.

Please note that we will NOT refund any item that has been fitted, modified, painted or otherwise not in original condition.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the unwanted goods. We can also arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

As soon as we receive the item back from you, and it has been checked, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item, normally within 2 working days.

**If you have purchased a spoiler or body panel then please ensure that it is checked for correct fitment for your vehicle PRIOR to painting. Goods that have already been painted may not be refunded or returned under this policy**

Lost or Damaged Items

Please accept our apologies if you item has not arrived and maybe lost in transit. If your item is lost in transit we will send you out another item or refund you in full, this is done after confirmation of the loss from the delivery service is ascertained (normally after 10 working days)

If your item is damaged in transit please inform us immediately so we can take the necessary steps to claim from the delivery service and send you a replacement. In most cases we will require the item back o to do this. Please ensure you check the item BEFORE you sign for it, if you do not have time to check please sign for it but include the words "Unchecked maybe damaged" this will enable us to claim from the delivery company

Faulty Goods

All new goods sold are covered by a 12 month manufactures warranty from time of delivery (excluding bulbs & LED’s) if for any reason your goods develop a fault within this time we will exchange/replace without question. However damage caused during fitting or misuse of the item will not be covered.

**Condensation does not qualify as a warranty claim due to the ever changing weather here in the UK**.

Wrong item or Mis-described item

We do our best to describe all good accurately stating the vehicles that the goods will fit and try to supply a correct picture of the item you are buying. Sometimes colours may vary due to lighting at the time the picture was taken, and we often use pictures supplied to us direct from suppliers. We may also occasionally use a library picture if a suitable picture is not available at the time of listing. If you have received your goods and are not happy with them you can return them within 7 working days under the cancel/return policy from the first paragraph of this page.

If however we have sent you completely the wrong goods please return the item complete with original packaging for either a full refund or replacement of the correct item if still available. We will reimburse your postage for returning the item if a post office receipt is enclosed with the returned item. Please send via Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Standard Parcel. We will not accept nor refund any Special Delivery returns.

Refunds. Please note that all refunds will be reimbursed to you via the same method or original payment, ie if you paid via PayPal then you will be paid back into your Paypal account.

To return any item, simply return it to us along with your name, address & telephone number, correct item details & item number if an eBay purchase. Please state if you require a refund or replacement item and we will do our best to rectified the matter ASAP.

Please send via Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Standard Parcel, we will not accept nor refund any Special Delivery returns.

*Items returned with no paperwork, name and address will not be dealt with *
