Q: What is your return policy?
A: Goods damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery and returned by 2nd class post within 14 days thereafter. Upon receipt of the returned item we will offer an exchange or full refund. You should request 'Proof of Posting' and retain this until you have received your replacement item or refund. Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Multiple purchases may be combined for delivery to the same address and discounts on our standard delivery charges are available on request. If you plan to make a combined purchase then please contact us for further details prior to the end of the listing of the first item you intend to purchase. This service is only available for UK mainland only.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Orders are normally despatched within 2 working days of receipt cleared funds. In the case of cheque payments please allow up to 10 working days from our receipt of your cheque for bank clearance. We deliver via City-Link which takes around 2 working days. We operate Monday to Friday during normal office hours. See listings for further information.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Our shipping and handling charges vary according to each item. Please see individual listings for further details or else contact us for additional information. All items are packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit. Goods may be collected by prior arrangement for which we levy a £10 charge for the internal administration and handling costs.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We normally ship to UK mainland only. However, international shipping may be possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us for further details. As costs for international delivery may be high we recommend that you get a quotation from us for delivery before bidding on an item. We ship by courier and require a signature upon receipt of delivery.
Q: Can I specify a time and date for delivery?
A: Unfortunately, this is not possible. Our courier company delivers between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery may be arranged at extra cost.
Q: What happens in the event that I am out when the courier company attempts to make delivery?
A: All of our deliveries require a signature upon receipt. It is therefore recommended that you provide us with a confirmed delivery address where someone will present to sign for your parcel.
