International orders are sent by Royal Mail airmail. International Signed For or Airsure services are also available if required (we recommend these services for orders over £40 - please email before paying if either is required)
We normally dispatch items within 24/48 hours (except weekends)and usual Royal Mail timescales then apply. If items are purchased and payment has cleared before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order will be posted on that day. Please note that we do not post on weekends.

| Delivery
We hold considerable stocks and will normally dispatch your order within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 2pm on Friday, will be dispatched on Monday. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item, and cannot dispatch within 48 hours, we will email with an estimated delivery date and an option to refund.
All UK deliveries are by Royal Mail 1st class packetpost, except where the value of the order exceeds £32.00, in which case it will be sent by recorded delivery.
All international deliveries are by Royal Mail airmail.
Delivery Times
UK deliveries are by Royal Mail and normally take 1 - 2 days. We, however, cannot be held responsible for delivery times , as this is an estimate provided by Royal Mail for their 1st class service. In the unlikely event of a lost item, please contact us if the item has not been received within 15 days of placing your order ( Royal Mail will not accept claims for lost items for 15 days from the date of dispatch). We will then give the option of a replacement or refund.
International deliveries are by Royal Mail airmail and normally take 7 - 10 days. We, however cannot be held responsible for delivery times, as this is an estimate provided by Royal Mail for their airmail service. In the unlikely event of a lost item, please contact us if the item has not been received within 26 days of placing your order ( Royal Mail will not accept claims for lost items for 25 days from the date of dispatch). We will then give the option of a replacement or refund.
7 Day Return Policy
Should you be unhappy with your purchase,for any reason,you may return it for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price ( less p&p cost ) within 7 days of receipt (14 days for international customers).We regret that briefs,thongs and other items of an intimate nature cannot be returned,for hygiene reasons.
Please Note. Items must be returned in their original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed with all labels and tags still attached and all original packaging intact.
If you require an exchange there will be no additional postage charge.
Refunds will be given in the same way as the original payment ( i.e. card payments will be refunded to the card used in the original transaction ).
Before returning any item,please email first and obtain proof of postage,so that you can claim if the item should be lost in the post.
Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. |
