Goods

All products sold by UKSports4ever are new and in perfect condition with full retail packaging unless otherwise stated.

Returns

Should in the unlikely event one of our products arrive faulty or damaged or you decide the Goods are unwanted you must return them within 7 days of receiving the Goods.  The cost of returning the Goods if unwanted or if the item is an article of clothing/protective wear, etc. which for sizing reasons requires to be exchange will be born by the Buyer.  The additional postage for resending the replacement articles of clothing/protective wear will also be born by the Buyer.  A 15% administration charge will be applied to all unwanted goods to cover administration and re-stocking.

Condition of Goods

Unless the Goods are faulty, they must be returned in A1 perfect condition, with where applicable, all labels attached to the product.  The packaging must all be fully in tact and undamaged.  Failure to apply to these conditions may, at our discretion, incur a 15% repackaging fee to the Buyer or no refund will be made and the goods will be returned to the sender.

Recommendations

We recommend if buying clothing you size down, not up, as our martial arts and cycle clothing are generously sized to accommodate UK average larger size.  So if in doubt, size down.

Recommended Postage

We recommend that all Returns are sent by recorded delivery or a service whereby a delivery signature is required, for your own security.
