• We Ship Worldwide ( Except Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Belgium & Italy). If you from those country, please do not bid/buy. Thx!!
• Buyers in France and Canada must provide your telephone number in accordance to your local custom laws to prevent returns
• When the posted goods are in the hands of Royal Mail or other courier. We are not liable for the item being lost or any late delivery.
• We reserve the right not to ship to any unconfirmed paypal addresses.
• Other European Union Nations and countries may take from 2-10 days due the slow postal services and strict custom clearances.
• We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.
• Shipping & Handling rate is fixed and non-refundable. It covers not only _ shipping cost, it includes packaging, postal, warehousing etc.
• Postal insurance is offered for any postal loss and damage. We are not responsible for any uninsured items lost in the mail.
• We offer Refund/Replacement Guarantee on all insured items.

• The order of the item will be process and dispatch on the same day only if the payment is recieved by 14:30 on the purchase day.

Returns & Exchanges

• Guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If the item is not as described or faulty when you receive it we will replace if for you without any additional charge.
• Refund items should be sent back as the same condition as they were received. Refunds will be given if the item is returned within 7 days. All original packaging should be attached.
• It may take upto 7 business working days to process your return after we receive your product. We will NOT refund on goods NOT received.
• Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction number, and reason for return in the email.
• If the item is not found defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyers expense plus 20% repackaging fee. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges under any circumstance. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. In this case, Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
• Please DO NOT buy/bid any item from us if you already knew you have not given the confirmed delivery address on your Paypal account.
• We will not dispatch any winning item to the buyer that provides an uncomfirmed adderss from Paypal untill the address has been recomfirm from the buyer's Paypal account.
