Combined Postage

If you are buying more than one item from us then combined postage options are available to you. As a general rule we can send 30Kg worth of items to you in one box for the one courier postage cost (e.g. £5.99 to the UK Mainland, see below). Please request an invoice after purchasing your items so that you pay the correct amount, or contact us before if you would like to verify anything.

Expedited Service From Just £1 Extra

Customers within our UK Mainland area (apart from those listed here‡) can choose to have their items sent on a 1-2 working days service. This means your item is likely to get to you the next working day after dispatch (but certainly within 2 working days after dispatch). Customers wishing to use this service please add £1 to your postage payment (i.e. £6.99 instead of £5.99). Please note this service only applies to courier deliveries.

Ensuring Delivery

To ensure that delivery is successful please email us with any special instructions (e.g. leave with a neighbour or leave in the greenhouse). Please also provide us with your contact number and any instructions on how to find your house (if it is tricky to find). This will help our courier to deliver in your absence or find your address if lost. If using PayPal please include these details in the "Message To Seller" otherwise please send a separate email to sales@ukpetsupplies.com. Please note UKPetSupplies will not be held responsible for any items that go missing having been left without a signature upon the customers request.
