I want to purchase multiple items, how does the postage cost work?
We are currently offering a maximum charge of £1.95 (inclusive of VAT) for any size order to the UK mainland. Therefore you can purchase any number of items from our store with no additional postage costs.
After ordering multiple items please make one combined payment on checkout. The postage price will remain at £1.95
When will my item be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch within 1 -2 working days (Monday – Friday) once payment has been received in full.
On a rare occasion where we are waiting for new stock to arrive, delivery may be delayed for a short period (approx 2-4 working days).
When will I receive my parcel?
Seller’s Standard Rate Service.
The delivery aim for seller’s standard rate is between 3-5 working days. The courier used to transport your parcel will depend on the weight and size of your parcel.
Small parcels are posted using Royal Mail’s first or second class (non tracked) service. Large parcels will be dispatched using a tracked courier service.
Please allow extra delivery time to destinations outside of the UK and around public holidays.
Fast Delivery
Our Fast delivery service aims for 1-2 working days and is available on checkout.
Next day delivery is also available, please contact us by phone before 1pm on the day of purchase on 01493 653088.
Responsibility
A dated proof of posting is obtained by us on every parcel sent.
The actual delivery time and date of your parcel is dependent on the courier meeting their aim.
If you are worried that your parcel may have become lost in the post, please contact our admin team.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct address where person of suitable age is available to sign or receive a package between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
If the courier is not able to deliver your parcel due to there being no suitable person available to receive the parcel, it will be our customers responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection from their couriers closest depot.
If a parcel is returned to us a reposting fee will need to be made by the customer.
My items have not arrived?
If your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days from making payment please notify our admin team.
If you have selected postal insurance we will be able to supply you with a tracked or recorded number for your parcel.
Non-delivery claims can be made after 10 working days where Royal Mail standard services have been used as in accordance of their Terms and Conditions. Where other courier services have been used their terms and conditions will apply.
Please make sure you have checked with your local sorting office to see if they are holding your parcel, as cards are not always left by Royal Mail.
Please allow reasonable extra delivery time for our couriers during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.
My items have been lost?
Where Royal Mail standard services have been paid for, a lost parcel claim can be made after 10 working days.
In accordance with their terms and conditions Royal Mail may contact you in writing to validate your claim. Please action any request from our couriers so to not delay the claim process.
If the claim is accepted we can either refund the purchase price of the goods or resend your parcel by a recorded or tracked delivery service at your request.
If fast delivery has been paid for the speed at which we can deal with a delayed or missing parcel claim will be increased.
My item has arrived broken?
Over 99.5% of the products we dispatch arrive safely.
If your item does arrive damaged, you will have to inform us in writing within 3 days from receiving your parcel. We can accept no responsibility for damaged items thereafter due to our courier’s terms and conditions.
We will require a photograph to be emailed to sales@displaypro.co.uk as proof of the damage in order to make a claim and to resend your item.
I want to return my item?
Goods will be accepted for return only with our prior consent. You must inform us of your decision to return your order in writing within 7 working days of receiving your parcel.
Any Goods returned is at the cost of the Buyer. Refunds are given once the item/s are safely returned to the Seller in new condition. Only the Product Cost of the item/s will be refunded.
There is a restocking fee of 10% of the product price or a minimum of £2.00 on all returned parcels.
Customised or non-stock Goods shall not under any circumstances be accepted for return.
I need my item sent quickly?
If you require Next Day or Saturday delivery please call us before 1pm to request urgent dispatch as emails are not 100% guaranteed to get through or read in time.
I have sent an email but haven’t received a reply?
We receive many emails and telephone calls on a daily basis therefore we cannot guarantee an instant response. Please check through all of our FAQ’s before emailing for a fast source of answers. If you cannot find an answer here please email us and allow at least 24 hours for a reply, or telephone us between 9am and 5pm for an immediate response.
What times can we visit or telephone?
We operate between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.
I need to know the dimensions of the item?
Please read the information within the product listing they include the product dimensions. If you cannot find the information you require please phone us.
I am not sure if the product is what I need?
After reading the listing and viewing the picture you are still not sure on the product please call with any queries and we will do our best to help.
I have seen an item that I need but in a different size?
Please call or email to discuss, as we may be able to obtain or make the item in the size required for you.
