Items will be despatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment via Paypal or postal order. If paying by cheque they will be despatched when the cheque has cleared.

Returns and Refunds

Please contact us immediately if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase.

You can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund - refunds will be issued within 30 days of notification. All that we ask is that the item(s) are returned to us in their original "as new" condition in their original packaging. Items that have been used, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.

Please Note that return postage will be at the buyers expense and we will not refund the cost of the return. We strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery when returning orders so that they can be tracked - we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.
