All items are brand new bagged / tagged unless otherwise stated, and our descriptions and images are of the exact items you are purchasing.  Occasionally there might be a listing error which if you find, we will alter whilst you are on the phone or online, but if it happens, please give us chance to resolve it.

You are entering a legal binding when bidding on our items, so please only complete the purchase once you are sure you want the item(s).

If you fail to complete payment, non paying bidder alerts will be filed automatically by eBay after the allotted payment time has passed, and you may be given a strike warning.  Whilst we won't leave any form of strike against you, eBay might, so please pay as soon as you can to avoid the chance of this happening.

If you have any problems whatosever with your transaction, please call us first before leaving negative feedback, as the repercussions for us as sellers are severe - Limited visibility and 35% fee increases are two such consequences.

Honest mistakes do happen, and we always try our best to resolve them when they do at no expense to you, so please give us a chance to respond to your issues.

Postage delays are commonplace with Royal Mail nowadays due to national and local striking as well as due to adverse weather, and eBay ask you to score us on our dispatch time not Royal Mails delivery time, so please bear this in mind when leaving feedback, whilst also considering Bank Holidays and weekends when we cannot send anything out to you - You will see on our dispatch date printed on your invoice as well as on the email you receive, that we send all items out to you within 24 working hours of payment, and we're very proud of this service so please help us maintain the excellent reputation we have by scoring us the 5 stars it deserves.
