TERMS & CONDITIONS
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check parts for any damage when delivered before accepting/ signing for them. If the parts are damaged on delivery it is the responsibility of the carriage company.
- You must notify TWO STROKE within 24hours of receiving the part if there is any damage.
- TWO STROKE will not be liable for damages after goods are dispatched from us.
- TWO STROKE will not accept any labour charges incurred by the customer.
- TWO STROKE will deduct the initial handling charge when the parts are returned.
- TWO STROKE will not pay carriage for any returned parts unless authorized by ourselves.
- Refunds will take up to 7 Working days.
- Any parts tampered with without our authorization will invalidate this warranty.
- All engines and gearboxes are drained of all fluids for carriage, (oil and anti freeze). It is the customer’s responsibility to refill prior to use as any damage incurred will invalidate this warranty.
- All parts are guaranteed for 30 days from your invoice date unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Terms are cash unless the customer has an authorized ledger account with TWO STROKE (hereinafter called “THE COMPANY”)
- Goods invoiced up to and including the last day of a calendar month shall be paid for not later than the 20 th day of the following month.
- The company reserves the right to charge interest at commercial rates on any overdue accounts.
- Goods returned for credit will only be accepted if returned unused in original packaging within 7days with a copy of the original invoice.
- Items correctly supplied and specially ordered are not acceptable for credit.
- If goods are accepted for credit a handling charge of 25% will be made on any items/goods correctly supplied and not required. This will only be considered within 7days of the Invoice date.
- Claims for short delivery or damages must be made at the time of delivery.
- The property in the goods does not pass from “The Company” to the customer until “The Company” receives payment in cash from the customer, or any cheque or other order to the credit or use of “The Company” tendered in payment has been credited to the account of The Company at their bank.
- The purchaser acknowledges that “The Company” has absolute rights to any goods or to any sums in the possessions of the purchasers that represents the same or have been derived from the same for which a valid payment has not been made.
- Surcharges on exchange units will be credited only when returned within fourteen days complete and fully assembled and cleaned to a reasonable standard quoting the original invoice number and date of supply.
- Liability is strictly limited to labour and parts supplied by Two Stroke on our premises.
- Used parts warranty limited to 90 days unless stated on the invoice in writing. New parts warranty limited to 365days unless stated on the invoice in writing.
- Customers expressly authorizes the use of their vehicle described on the highway at his or hers own risk.
- No responsibility is undertaken for the safekeeping of the vehicle, fittings or contents whatsoever.
- Estimates and vehicle inspections are given in good faith for guidance and are not binding.
- Payment in full is due on presentation of an invoice.
- In the event of non-payment including dishonored or stopped cheques, the customer agrees to the recovery and retention of the vehicle against settlement in full, including costs incurred in the recovery and storage.
- Title to goods/ parts supplied shall pass to the customer only upon full payment of the invoiced amount.
- Any electrical items supplied, either new or secondhand, cannot be returned for any form of credit unless the item supplied is agreed by both parties to be faulty.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to have the electrical fault of their cars correctly diagnosed by an auto electrician prior to the part being ordered. Parts cannot be used by customers for testing purposes, unless with prior agreement.
- TWO STROKE are not responsible for any out of pocket expense, caused by late delivery which might delay the repair time of a vehicle. Delivery is not a guaranteed time of arrival service.
