Auctions
Only a small selection of our products are listed in auction format. The majoroty of our stock is available in 'Buy It Now' format in our store. Auctions are typically 7-day listings. Item with no resevre are allowed to run the full 7-days and will not be closed early (except in the case of vehicles which are advertised elsewhere and if sold outside of eBay the listing will be ended). All winning bids are final, non-paying bidders will be entered into an Unpaid Item Dispute which will result in an Upaid Item Strike for the buyer (3 and eBay will suspend your account) |
Payments
We prefer PayPal but also accept credit/debit cards. Payment must be made within 7-days of auction close. We reserve the right to relist the item should payment not be received within this time period. On selected items we allow other types of payment, this will be clearly stated and is at the discretion of the management. Payment methods are non-negotiable and will result in the Unpaid Item Dispute process. To make payment via a credit/debit card please call 01763 246699 and quote the item number. |
Billing
If you have paid by credit or debit card then the total of the transaction will be billed to the card shortly after the telephone conversation with all relevant reciepts being sent with the invoice. |
Shipping
We will always try to deliver within a max of 7 days. If your item is being shipped overseas, please make allowances for the extra distance. We aim for all our international packages to be recieved within 14 days maximum. The majority of our items are sent via a courier company and will require a signature upon delivery. Should this not be possible please clearly state so whilst making payment (If paying with PayPal please include a phone number). Postage costs stated in each individual item are non-negotiable, we will offer discounts were applicable on multiple item purchases. Postage costs stated include P&P costs, administration costs etc... |
Returns
We In the unlikely event that you are dis-satisfied with our product please contact us immeadiattly as most prblems can be quickly and easily resolved. We aim to please all our customers and are very proud of our good feedback rating, however correctly supplied products will not be subject to refunds or credit except at the discretion of the management. |
