Q:After Care
A:To help keep your product looking as great as the day it arrived, please read the following care advice. - Try to keep your print out of direct sunlight. - Do not clean the canvas with any form of chemical or liquid. Light dusting is fine to remove any settled dust. - Display your print in a moisture free environment and avoid direct heat.
Q:How do I hang my pictures?
A:Please contact us if hanging instructions are needed.
Q:Can I collect my item?
A:Unfortunately with only being an online shop at present we can't offer the facility for collection. We do offer combined shipping to keep postage costs as low as possible.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:We currently ship to the EU only.
Q:How can I track my item?
A:Tracking information is available on request. Please send us a message if you require further information.
Q:Do we varnish our prints?
A:We don't currently vanish our prints. If you would like this doing, you could take your print to a local framers who offer this service. We would recommend this if you are displaying your canvas in an unstable environment. For example if it's a hot and humid location, air conditioning is used, or if it's placed in direct sunlight.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:We do yes! Standard shipping is £8.99, this includes the courier cost, insurance, custom made boxes and all packaging. Each additional canvas purchased at the same time costs £1.00. This is to cover the additional insurance costs so that the package is sent fully insured. **We do not make any profit from our P&P costs**
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:Items are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment being received. We use a non guaranteed 48 hour courier service. This means they estimate delivery within 48 hours but it can take longer. Please leave 5 working days for delivery after dispatch (does not include weekends of bank holidays)
Q:Can you do this picture in a different size?
A:We can offer several different size canvases. If you would like something that we have listed in a bigger size, then simply visit our shop and click on the 'size upgrade' link. All the information you need will be in each listing.
Q:Do you make profit from your postage?
A:Simply put, no. We do not make any profit from our postage, unlike many other ebayers. The price you pay is the total cost to us for packaging and postage. Don't forget that packaging costs can be expensive especially as we have custom made boxes to ensure your item arrives as safely as possible.
