We are a UK based company and all items are dispatched from our UK warehouse. We normally process orders on the day after the payment has cleared into our account. It is possible to dispatch the same day as payment is received but this is only possible if the payment is received in the mornings.
We dispatch our products by Royal Mail or by Courier depending on the weight and size of the order. The method of dispatch is at our discretion.
We will send you an email letting you know that we’ve dispatched your order. Please look out for your item(s) as it should arrive the next day or so.
Smaller items are normally dispatched by Royal Mail (Monday to Friday). We use First Class postage which means that items should arrive within 1 to 3 days after posting.
Larger items are normally sent via courier who provides us with a tracking number and details for the delivery. We use a variety of couriers depending on the location of delivery. We will provide you with the details of your tracking number should you require this. Most UK deliveries are sent on a 24 hour service and worldwide deliveries on a 5-7 day service.
All courier deliveries are to be signed for at the time of the delivery. It is your responsibility to check the items for damage or missing parts and indicate the damage on the manifest before the courier asks you to sign. This is extremely important as we cannot make a claim for damage once you’ve signed the item without noting the damage. The couriers do not accept liability if you don’t point out the damage before you sign.
If your item does not arrive within 4 days of our email please contact us and we will do all we can to help. All courier dispatched items are returned to us after 7 days – where we are charged for the delivery back to us. It is therefore important that you contact us within 4 days of the dispatch invoice if you don’t receive the parcel.
If you are not at home at the time of the attempted delivery the courier should leave a card where it’s your responsibility to contact the couriers and arrange a redelivery or collection.
If the item is returned to us as undelivered then we have no option to recharge you for the redelivery.
UK Highland & Island Deliveries
Please note that the delivery charges quoted are for England, Wales and Southern Scotland. We are charged a premium by our couriers for delivery to any other areas.
Please add £10 for delivery to the any of the following postcodes BT, D, IM (Isle of Man) HS, IV1 to IV63, KA27, KA28, KW1 to KW28, PA20 to PA78, PH4 to PH44, ZE, Channel Islands, AB31-AB56, PH4-PH16. All delivery to UK islands is also charged a postage premium. This list is not exhaustive and can change subject to if/when the couriers change their pricing structure. If you are unsure about the charges please contact us so we can confirm if the additional charge applies to your postcode.
International Deliveries
Delivery of punch bags to international locations will be empty bags.
Delivery of filled bags to some European countries such as Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Holland, Luxembourg and Belgium can be arranged at a discounted price. Please get in touch with us if you’d like us to send you a filled bag for which we will give you a detailed price.
Our couriers charge us by the kg for international deliveries and the cost for sending a filled bag will be around £200 to locations outside of Europe. It’s simple to fill a punch bag yourself and you’ll save a lot through the courier charges by having empty bags rather than filled ones.
