| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We accept returns for items "not as described" (and refund return postage).
For damaged items you need to wait for our refund from Royal Mail.
If you simply do not want the item there is a 25% restocking fee and postage is not refundable. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:We always combine shipping and we aim to never intentionally profit from shipping as we feel that is unfair to buyers.
For combined shipping the prices in our auctions are a guide only. Please request a combined shipping total after you make your purchases and we will attempt to give you an accurate estimate on your invoice. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to be shipped? |

| A:Some items are kept on-hand and will be shipped within 2 days of payment clearing.
Other bulky items (and our 100s of Halo figures) are in storage and can only be collected 2 times a week.
We therefore aim to ship all orders no later than 5 working days after purchase. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We try to charge actual P&P costs to us and do not charge a handling fee. The price frequently includes the packing materials and custom-made packign boxes we have had man
We do not try to profit from shipping costs and equally we try to avoid making a loss. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:We ship pretty much everyewhere with the following exceptions:
- We never ship to Nigeria.
- Recorded delivery only to Italy (lots of post stolen going there) |
| Q:How well are your items packed? |
|
| A:We are collectors ourselves. We know the value and pride of receiving an item in exceptional condition.
We use solid post boxes for larger/fragile items and lots of packing materials. We have boxes custom made for our Halo figures and spend a fortune on those and new packing materials each year to ensure you get your item undamaged. |
| Q:Do you have other items not shown? |

| A:Yes we do. We simply have not had time to list everything due to the time it takes to photograph items and create new auctions.
Ask us about any Halo figures you seek. We probably have at least one in storage! |
