To keep our prices competitive and our costs to a minimum we don’t employ many staff. When we take our holiday our offices and warehouses will be closed, no orders will be despatched, phones answered or emails read during this period. Full details can once again be found on our website.

Returns & Exchanges

We believe you will be delighted with your purchase but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible! If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, simply return them in the original packaging within 14 days (For Dirt Trapper Mats this is 30 days) of despatch and we will give you a full refund or replace the item, please read the details below before you send the item back to us. After this time we can only offer you an exchange or credit note. The despatch note must be included in the package along with a covering letter explaining the reasons for return. If you are returning an item that is either faulty or sent to you in error we will refund all reasonable postage costs.

All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received including all packaging and accessories.

The item must be returned via the Post Office or Courier to Tried & Tested (UK) Ltd, Unit M, Bristol Court, Betts Avenue, Martlesham Heath Business Park, Ipswich, IP5 3RY.

Once the items are received at our warehouse we will take the necessary steps to action a refund within 14 days and send you confirmation e-mail.

To cancel you can email us, or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You must take care of the items and must not use them. Products must be returned complete with original packaging.

Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our 14 day money back guarantee.

The above process must be followed to ensure a refund is given.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ordering the Correct Product

You must order the actual item you require –

Every item we sell is listed individually in Ebay (unless out of stock), please only order the item you require. If you cant find it please contact us before buying and will we point you in the right direction.

Example: Please do not order a product through Ebay and then change your requirements through Paypal, since our time on Ebay we have many instances where a product has been ordered and then changed through paypal, this can be easily missed and result in the incorrect product being sent to you, it also affects our stock control. Paypal is to be used as a payment method only.

All the items we sell will be listed in Ebay in buy it now format, fixed price or in our shop.

If you wish to change your order please call us on 08452 26 00 26 this is the only form of communication we will accept to change an order. Please do not email us as they don’t always get through. REMEMBER IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ORDER THE CORRECT ITEM! Under no circumstances will any postage be refunded if you fail to follow these guidelines.

Please note that the prices listed are the prices charged, we don’t accept offers or requests for discounts, the only time we may consider it is if you are bulk buying (5 or more items) or spending over £100.

Delays in Paying

If you have brought an item from us you must pay within 3 days, otherwise we will contact Ebay who will put an unpaid item strike against you. We will not allocate stock to your order until you have paid in full. See Below.

Paying by Echeque

Echeques take up to 14 working days to clear so if you are paying this way please take this into account. We will not allocate stock to your order until you have paid in full and payment has cleared.

Our Dirt Trapper Mats & Turtle Mats have a 5 year guarantee. Below are the terms and conditions of this guarantee.

Name and address of the company giving the guarantee.

Tried & Tested (UK) Ltd, Unit M, Bristol Court, Betts Avenue, Martlesham Heath Business Park, Ipswich, IP5 3RY.

To make a claim you must contact us direct by telephone we will then tell you what you must do to make your claim.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
