Please make sure your DVD player can play Region 2 DVD's. We cannot refund for incompatibility. We cannot accept returns for DVD's if they have been opened, except for items with a fault.
Items damaged, faulty or not as described must be returned within 14 days of receipt. FIRST, please e-mail us immediately for a "Returns Authorisation Code". Return using an on-line trackable method, e.g. Recorded Delivery. As soon as "returns" are received by us, upon inspection a FULL refund (including return postage) will be given. If the item DOES NOT HAVE A FAULT only the cost will be refunded (i.e. you will not be refunded the original p&p or the "returns" p&p).
