We send some of our items via online couriers. Please include a contact telephone number and an address where you know someone will be there to accept it.

**Courier Deleveries** - Please note that glass is only insured for loss not damage as no online courier covers glass.

Please be patient if you are waiting for a parcel from us. Parcels are collected from us on Monday's, if we miss a collection slot due to late payment or incorrect shipping details, then your parcel will be sent the following week.

Postage can be combined on some items sent by courier. Please email us if you are unsure.

Postage stated is for MAINLAND UK only. Any higher costs will be payable by you. If unsure ask before bidding.

INTERNATIONAL postage is calculated on weight and destination. Please email us prior to bidding for a price.

Double walled boxes are used for most of our larger items and for extra protection placed in another outer box with bubblewrap and additional packing.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged in transit - excluding glass, we will refund your purchase cost and return postage. We recommend you send the items back to us using a trackable service.
