Trade Hunter always aims to make your purchase on eBay one you will be happy with.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly offer you a refund (less all postage costs). 

Goods must be returned in new, un-opened condition within seven days of receipt.  Refunds will be made using same method as your payment, with 72 hours.

Before returning goods please send an email to sales@tradehunter.co.uk with the following information.  Please also enclose this information with your return.

• Your eBay ID
• Your Order Number (you will find this in your order confirmation emails from us)
• Your Name
• Your Contact Number
• Your Email Address

In the unfortunate event that you have received a faulty item please keep all packaging (as couriers will need to inspect this for claims).

Please send an email to sales@tradehunter.co.uk with the following information. 

• Your eBay ID
• Your Order Number (you will find this in your order confirmation emails from us)
• Your Name
• Your Contact Number
• Your Email Address
• Date you received order
• Details of damage + pictures where possible

Trade Hunter will reply with confirmation and a returns address.
