All orders are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment. Items that are ordered with cleared payment before 14:30 are dispatched same day. Orders received after 14:30 on Fridays will be dispatched Monday. Goods are shipped via Royal Mail or Courier depending on shipping method chosen at checkout. If you have not received your goods within 4 working days, please contact us on 0845 5274551 and we will address the matter immediately. Courier orders will be delivered by ParcelForce, Citylink or Fastway.

In the unlikely event of a defective product we will happily exchange or refund all costs including postage. In the event of a replacement product being chosen, we will pay all postage costs.
