All items listed include VAT at the current rate, For all UK sales we always send a VAT receipt with the item sold, We endeavour to give an accurate as possible shipping cost, taking into account the amount of protective material required to reduce the risk of damage to the product during shipping, time taken to pack, and arrange collection by the courier. we also give a discount on multiple purchases, Orders over £200.00 will be shipped free within the UK Mainland, excluding tinwork and heavy items, We encourage the purchaser to leave feedback as soon as the item arrives, this is to let us know the item has arrived safely, if for any reason your item has not arrived within a week we need to be advised immdiately,as normal delivery takes 1-2 days, we will respond with our feedback to the buyer, We ship items purchased before 15.00 hrs the same day of purchase providing that payment has cleared, all goods are shipped Royal Mail First Class wherever possible, any parts enquiries or unlikely problems with any part please email "contact the seller" or telephone our shop on 01782 39 34 39 or call the mobile number any time on 07875 501 531 to resolve any problems before leaving bad feedback.
