All items become the responsibilty of Royal Mail or the carriers upon postage, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods.
A proof of posting is always obtained and will gladly be provided along with any assistance should you need to make a claim.
If you do not agree with any of this then please do not bid.
POSTAGE TIMINGS
All items are posted promptly on receipt of cleared funds and an item dispatched email is forwarded to the buyer upon dispatch, so that the buyer then knows when to expect delivery.

Once you have won the item, please complete check out, to let us know your method of payment.
FEEDBACK
If you have any issues please get in touch before leaving feedback, as everything can be sorted out with communication and we will try our best to reach a satisfactory conclusion. As a seller feedback is always returned once the buyer has left feedback, then we know that the buyer has received the item and is satisfied.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All items must be paid for within 7 days of item purchase, if this is not adhered to, and there has been no correspondence from the buyer, we reserve the right to relist the item.
All non paying bidders will be reported to Ebay
RETURNS
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods unused and in original packaging. However, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods that you intend to return them and they must reach us within 10 working days of your notification . A proof of posting receipt must be obtain for the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse goods received outside of this period and if not in the original packaging, or as new. Your statutory rights are not affected. On receipt of the returned goods, we will refund in the same manner that the original was paid. We do not refund shipping & handling charges or return postage .We do not refund items purchased in an auction.
