Postage & Packaging

All postage costs include both postage and packaging.  We do try to keep postage costs to a minimum, and postage will be combined on multiple purchases. 

Items are generally listed with the option of posting via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class.  Royal mail special delivery  is also available. If you would like to upgrade your postage please do not hesitate to contact us.

Postage costs listed are UK only mainland only.  Oversea buyers please contact us for postage costs.

Please note we do try our best to dispatch items as quickly as possible, however during busy preiods postage may take a few days.  Please contact us if you need an item urgently and we will try our best to help.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods from UK buyers:  PayPal, Personal or Business Cheque, Postal Order, All major Credit/debit card including American Express payment direct.

Non Uk buyers are to pay via PayPal.

Please could all payments be made within 7days of your purchase.  If you are unable to do this, please contact us in order to make other arrangements.

If paying by cheque or e cheque, your items will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.

Feedback

If you are happy with your purchase and feel that the transaction has gone well, please leave us positive feedback and we will do the same for you.  If there is a problem with your item please contact us and we will do our very best to help.

Returns

We are happy to exchange items (extra postage costs to be paid be the buyer) withing 14 days of receipt of item.  However, please do try to order the correct size for you as we cannot guarantee to have other sizes in stock.

Refunds are available if there is a genuine reason for return of an item, as long as the item is returned in original condition and the item is received by ourselves within 14 days of purchase.  Please note it is the buyers responsability to ensure the item reaches us.   Where items are just 'unwanted' postage costs will not be refunded.
