All items are brand new perfect quality stock (unless otherwise stated). On occasion you may receive items with labels removed. The suppliers sometimes insist on this. Please be assured, in these instances the items are still brand new.
Faulty items will be either replaced (depending on stock availability) or refunded, inc P+P
Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received/cleared (excluding Sundays and bank holidays)
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to sale.
Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of my items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
To cancel this contract, please pack the relevant item securely, with all tags and packaging intact. Send it to us with your name, address and item details so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day that the item was delivered to you. A £3.00 admin fee will be payable and buyer covers all P+P charges
If your item is faulty please email the details of the defect and return for a full refund. In this instance all P+P will be refunded.
