| A:For hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns on the hair extensions or ponytails, any item which if found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt would be replaced if received back within 7 working days. No refunds given |
| Q:Can I style the hair extensions with hairdryers or straightners? |

| A:A hairdryer is fine on a low heat but the synthetic hair cannot is not compatible with straightners. Luckily we sell both straight and curled so you can buy your preference or one of each |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship daily so your goods will arrive with a few working days (UK only) |

| A:Yes we have sent items successfully worldwide via airmail for over 1 year now. International postage is very competitively priced and goods genreally arrive within 1-2 weeks. |
| Q:Can I put them in myself? |

| A:Absolutely,you simply lift a layer of your own hair up, slide the pre attached clip over your own hair and then snap it shut, repeat this for the rest of the clips and then let your own hair fall over it naturally. For the clamps and pull cord ponytails you simply tie your own hair back and clamp it over the top for a full natural looking ponyt |
| Q:Will it be obvious I am wearing the hair extensions? |

| A:You shouldn’t be able to tell at all. The only way people may know you are wearing extensions is if you tell them! |
| Q:What is the clip like on the clamps? |

| A:It is a bulldog style crocodile clip, which clamps over your own hair holding it securely in place, We can send you a photo if you send us you email address |
| Q:What are the clips like on the extensions? |

| A:They are small 3cm wide combs which are attached to the weft and slide over your hair, then snap shut like a sleepie clip. We can send you a photo if you send us you email address |
| Q:How does the pull cord fastener work on the ringlet hairpieces? |

| A:It is a small bun net which goes over your own ponytail, it has 2 small combs which slide in to hold it in place and the it has a pull cord which you slide the toggle up until it has a tight hold over your own hair |
