Although not stated in the individual listings, if you have any problems or disappointments with any items, PLEASE email me and I will do my best to resolve the problem.
New CDs are left in the original jewel cases, although some of these will be quite scuffed from storage and general handling. And if the CD is old this will be reflected in the case, but not what's inside the case. The CDs and artwork/inserts are usually "as new".
Most CDs I list as USED are quite often NEW. But due to the condition of the jewel case, I have listed them as used. Again, this is mostly the jewel cases that have taken the brunt of the wear and tear.
Any CDs listed as average or poor condition are exactly that. Most have surface scratches on the CD, although of all the ones I have listened to, play fine with no distorting or cracking noises.
Returns
If the item is found to be faulty, you must contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item. I will always endeavour to supply a replacement, or failing that a full refund of the total original payment.

Multiple purchases
If you are considering purchasing 2 items or more, then I will base the postage cost on the actual postage cost and not the "per item" cost. There is a discount anyway on 2 or more items of £1 for each additional item. Again please email me for details.
