| Packaging,
Delivery & Instructions
- Orders are packaged in individually labeled sachets, these
along with your invoice are sent in a padded envelope.
- From the point of purchase we aim to have orders send out
within two working days of receipt of cleared payment. All
orders are sent 1st class but this no longer means next day since
changes to the UK postal service. Please give orders six working days to
arrive - the majority arrive well before this.
- All items are combined together in one order with an
invoice. The
invoice as well as detailing exactly what is in the package by seed is
also your sowing/germination instructions. These are included as a
guide but for some of the more unusual seeds you should investigate
further before sowing.
Postal
Addresses
The address that is used
is the one that corresponds to the payment
method used. To be protected by PayPal's policies we need to
send the seeds to the address used by PayPal. If a friend or family
member has paid on your behalf and they do not live at your address, or
you have not updated your PayPal address after moving please notify us
when you checkout in the notes box. If you are paying by cheque or
postal order this does not apply to you.
Lost mail
Some mail does get lost
- if this has happened to you please get in
contact but give six
working days as mentioned above before doing so.
