We ship worldwide, except for very bulky or heavy items, which are impracticable. Orders going abroad that weigh over 2kg are subject to additional costs and customs paperwork - we may split orders in this case to less than 2kg.

If you require a different service please let us know, but any additional savings or costs will be passed on to the buyer. If you require insurance please let us know.

For expensive orders we reserve the right to dispatch using an assured delivery system such as Special Delivery or Airsure Small Packets. As these systems are more expensive this will reduce the amount of postage discount that we can give. We apologise for thsi, but we are sure buyers will also appreciate the need for a secure delivery method.

In all cases you will receive an email as soon as your item has been dispatched.

Insurance is available at buyers' expense - this costs roughly £1 per £100 value. Please note that Royal Mail indemnity only covers for £32.

We combine postage for multiple purchases. Please make your purchases, then email us to request amended invoice before paying.

RM expected delivery times are 1-3 days (UK), 3-5 days (Europe) and 5-7 days worldwide. However RM quote allowable delivery times of 15 days, 28 days and 42 days respectively. We agree these are unacceptable time spans but we can do nothing about them.

If you item does not arrive within the above time frame we will of course send a replacement or offer a refund at our own loss.
