Dispatch Times:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of cleared payment (Monday - Friday). Occasionally, due to the popularity of certain products we may have short term stock outages which may result in a slight dispatch delay. Normal delivery for UK 2nd Class is 3-5 working days, 5-7 working days for European orders and 10-14 working days for other countries. These delivery times are based on Royal Mail targets and are not guaranteed. In the event of postal delays beyond our control please allow up to 14 days for delivery (UK Orders) and up to 28 days (International Orders).
It is important to remember that most items will not fit through a letterbox. It is common practice in these circumstances for the Royal Mail to leave a card of attempted delivery. Occasionally Royal Mail will also leave parcels behind a gate or out of sight to the side of the house. Often they return parcels to the delivery office for collection. If your order has not yet arrived this is worth checking first.
Late/Lost Parcels:
With the best will in the world occasionally problems do arise. If the parcel hasn’t arrived after the delivery time we would appreciate if you could please check your local royal mail delivery office (you can locate your nearest one by calling 08457 740 740) in case the parcel has been there for collection.
There is a possibility that there was a delivery attempt to your address while you were out and sometimes Royal Mail do not leave a note by the door. Many items end up coming back to us as undelivered because posties simply don’t leave a note and recipients are not aware that a parcel is being held. This is the most common reason for a non/late delivery.
Also please check with any neighbours and around premises i.e: behind a gate or out of sight to the side of the house. Many parcels get recovered when following these steps.

If the item does not arrive or hasn’t been located at the local royal mail delivery office after 15 working days have passed since the date of posting, please email us and we will promptly compile a claim against the post service and solve the problem by way of replacement.
