Christmas Delivery Details for Mainland UK.

1. Last Order Date for Standard Delivery is Midnight Monday 21st December, This is based upon Royal Mails own Targets and is not guarenteed. Please update your shipping option if you need this delivery guarenteed. Please buy early if you want to us Royal Mail First Class Delivery.
2. Last Order Date for Royal Mail Special Delivery and Interlink Express Parcels is Midnight on Tuesday 22nd December, These are guarenteed services. If you order does not arrive we will refund your postage in full. In our experience these orders will Get to you In Time.
3. If you by a gift any time from November you and Return it for an exchange until the end of January 2010. We offer a Full Satisfaction Guarentee With Every Product. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return the item Within 30 days for a full refund. During december we extend this to the end of January 2010 so that you can Return/Exchange Gifts after Christmas. (see full terms and conditions below.)

We are happy to hold items for you and post them out week starting 15th December. We are also happy to send them to Alternative Addresses in case you want to hide them in someone else's garage. We can only send out a limited number of hutches each day and specific delivery dates will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
