I'm having some issues with picture hosting on Photobucket - please note if you see an 'inactive link' please note that it is photobucket that is inactive and not our eBay account!
Overseas Buyers
Due to a high number of 'lost post' claims there are now some countries we DO NOT Post to UNLESS the Recorded International Signed-For or Airsure option is selected. PLEASE NOTE there will be no exceptions made. EBay does NOT allow us to block some countries or apply a different postage rate to them thus this statement is VERY IMPORTANT. Please read and apply if appropriate to you.
This list will be added to as the growing incidence of lost post claims increases! We DO post to these countries BUT only if you select the International Signed-For option. The rates for this option can be found here - please click here
These countries/continental areas include: Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Poland, Estonia, etc), Greece, Turkey, South America, Spain, Caribbean AND Italy.......... please select the 'International Signed-For' postal option. We are sorry but we can't afford to send out any further items to these places unless they are recorded - Thank you.
Our Postal/Packing Charges & Despatch
We charge postage and packing at cost, and include VAT currently set at 15%. All items despatched from us are wrapped with care. Our charges include: high grade protective packaging - custom made postal boxes to ensure the safe arrival of your item(s); labelling and premium tape; product gift wrapping and associated services; travel costs and postage fees. We do combine postage. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO OUR POSTAL/PACKING FEES PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM US AND THEN MARK US DOWN FOR IT.
We try to despatch items quickly, in most cases within 1 working day. You will be notified by email. Unless you have chosen Special Delivery (U.K residents) we cannot guarantee when your item will arrive because we use Royal Mail who can sometimes take their time delivering, often taking upto 5-7 days especially during busy periods.
New EBayers - Low Feedback Score Less Than 10

Pilgrim Gift Wrap
We provide gift wrap free of charge to all customers as part of their buying experience. The range of Pilgrim gift wrap is extensive but we use the following items because it is easier to incorporate with out current protective postal boxes. Pilgrim Jewellery will arrive wrapped in branded tissue and an organza bag, and in most cases either a box or a gift bag. This varies from season to season and is subject to availability. If you are buying more than one item and receiving combined postage your order will receive combined gift wrapping to avoid unnecessary waste. PLEASE NOTE: the number of gift bags and/or boxes supplied with larger orders will be at our discretion taking into consideration the combined postage charge.
