Due to a high number of 'lost post' claims there are some countries we DO NOT Post to UNLESS the Recorded International Signed-For or Airsure option is selected.
EBay does NOT allow us to apply a different postage rate to individual countries thus this statement is VERY IMPORTANT. Please read and apply if appropriate to you.

These countries/areas include: Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Poland, Estonia, etc), Greece, Turkey, South America, Spain, Caribbean AND Italy.......... please select the 'International Signed-For' postal option.
Our Postal/Packing Charges & Despatch
We charge postage and packing at cost, and include VAT currently set at 15%. All items despatched from us are wrapped with care. Our charges include: high grade protective packaging - custom made postal boxes to ensure the safe arrival of your item(s); labelling and premium tape; product gift wrapping and associated services; travel costs and postage fees. We do combine postage. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO OUR POSTAL/PACKING FEES PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM US AND THEN MARK US DOWN FOR IT.
We try to despatch items quickly, in most cases within 1 working day. You will be notified by email. Unless you have chosen Special Delivery (U.K residents) we cannot guarantee when your item will arrive.

Gift Wrapping Service
We provide gift wrap free of charge to all customers as part of their buying experience.
If you are buying Pilgrim jewellery we do wrap items using their branded gift wrapping. Pilgrim gift wrapping does vary but we normally use the following: branded tissue and an organza bag, sometimes items are too big for the organza bags (collars, cuffs, etc) so we will wrap these the best we can. In most cases you order will receive either a gift box or a gift bag. This varies from season to season and is subject to availability. If the item is too big for the gift boxes/bags again we will gift wrap the item in the best possible way. Rings are posted in cube boxes within which we can't fit a gift box. If you are buying more than one item and receiving combined postage your order will receive combined gift wrapping to avoid unnecessary waste.
