Delivery
Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment (Mon-Fri), usually the same day if before 2pm. Orders received during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be dispatched on the Monday.

Responsibility
We are fully accountable for getting the item to your door safely. Your item is our concern until you get it and we will do all that we can to ensure its swift arrival. All our items are carefully packaged by an experienced team and leave us in perfect condition.

Guarantee
We guarantee every item we sell for 12 months from the date of purchase and we honour this guarantee ourselves. This is in addition to your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

No Quibble Money Back Returns Policy
Shop with absolute confidence knowing that if you are not satisfied with the products you have received we will refund the full purchase price promptly. All we ask is that you return the item within seven days and in the same condition as when dispatched. Except for those cases where an item proves to be faulty or incorrectly described, return postage expenses are not refunded.
