Ebay policy update: Unless we have completed a transaction within the last 90 days ebay removes all email addresses sent through the ebay message/question service. Although the address appears on the senders' copy it does not show on the recipients' copy. Please keep this in mind when requesting additional photos etc. Our email address is kerstinandsteve@hotmail.com, if you cannot read this then please use kerstinandsteveathotmaildotcom as it sounds
"Can I combine postage for items bought over several days?" Yes you can! Please contact us in advance so we don't already start packing your items and keep in mind that we have very linited storage place. Maximum time span from first purchase to payment received is 10 days, thank you!
"PayPal does not accept my payment or tells me there is a problem with your account, what to do?!" The link between ebay and PayPal sometimes does not seem to work. Very often just trying again a little while later clears up any problems. You can also easily send funds directly by logging into your PayPal account and selecting the "send funds" option. Please send funds to kerstinandsteve@hotmail.com and include a little note with your payment. The ebay community board gives excellent advise on most types of payment queries.
"I've never received a despatch note, have you posted my item?" Items are usually posted out within a few days, please check your inbox & junk mail for our ebay dispatch note - we happily send you a copy of this email!
"It's been a week, where are my goods?" Please appreciate that we are mailing from Thailand and airmail usually takes about 1-2 weeks or sometimes a little longer to reach the UK - thank you for your patience!"
"I'd rather not pay, can I cancel my deal?" Circumstances can change but please appreciate that you have entered a binding contract and that we as sellers have already been charged a fee by ebay (e.g. 10% on shop purchases). Please get in touch and we can come to an arrangement, if you agree we can usually claim back fees from ebay for unfinished transactions.
