Delivery and Shipping Details

All our baths are either delivered on our own transport or sub contracted out to our fully insured designated carriers, all baths will be delivered on a large pallet or crate, you must ensure that space is available to store your bath, our carriers will deliver to your door,garage or driveway, they will not enter your property unless agreed prior to delivery & purchase. We will require your daytime & evening phone number for delivery, delivery will be booked in at a minimum 48 hours notice to you. Any claims for damages must be noted on the delivery paper work and the goods rejected, we will contact you to arrange a replacement.
