What type of products are sold through the Vodafonestore?
We sell mobile phones and related products. All our handsets come locked to the Vodafone pay as you go network.
What is the condition of the products sold through your store?
All items are brand new and come with a full 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, we may occasionally sell “nearly new” handsets but these will be clearly marked in the listings.
What does a “nearly new” handset mean?
Nearly new handsets are those that have been returned within the 7 day return period. These have been rigorously tested and repackaged and come with the same 12 month warranty as if new.
Do products come with a warranty?
All items come with a full 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. If your product develops a fault after 7 days, please contact your nearest Vodafone store. If your handset develops a fault within 7 days, please email us at vodafonesupport@channeladvisor.com to arrange an exchange.
When does my warranty period start?
The warranty period starts on the date your item is delivered and will be valid for the next twelve months.

Why can’t I buy more than 2 handsets?
To prevent mobile phone fraud, customers can only purchase a maximum of 'TWO' individual mobile phones through this store in any '3 MONTH' period and a maximum of 'EIGHT' phones per year. If you think you will break this rule, then please do not attempt to purchase as we will be forced to cancel the sale.
What happens if I try to buy more than 2 handsets?
While you will be able to complete the checkout, the order will be cancelled and your money refunded.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We make every effort to ensure our product details are accurate and our products of the highest quality. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are issued once a unit has been safely returned to our depot complete with all packaging and contents. To return an item for refund please contact us within 7 days at vodafonesupport@channeladvisor.com to notify us of your intent to return the item. We will then provide full instructions of the returns process. Please include your eBay item number and buyer User ID in all correspondence.
We will pay for the return of faulty goods but, in the case of unwanted items, the carriage cost for these returns will be met by the purchaser and a refund will only be given upon the safe undamaged receipt at our depot. Returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them and should be in the same condition as when they were supplied.
If you return an item of high value, we strongly recommend that you use one of the Royal Mail's premium services. This does not affect your statutory rights.

My product arrived damaged or faulty during shipping, who should I contact?
Through our partnership with Royal Mail, we aim to offer the best possible delivery service.
If an item has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at vodafonesupport@channeladvisor.com to arrange for a replacement to be delivered. Please include your email address, eBay Listing Number and/or order number, and a brief description of the damage/problem in your inquiry so one of our agents can promptly research your request.

Can I return a product to a High St Store?
For a 7 day exchange or refund, these must be arranged through vodafonesupport@channeladvisor.com. For warranty claims after 7 days, please contact your nearest Vodafone store with your despatch note.

How do I complete checkout?
We ONLY accept payment via PAYPAL. If you do not have a Paypal account then you can still purchase items from our store (up to a limit of £500) without having to create a Paypal account.
You will be asked to provide your billing address at our first checkout page and then directed to Paypal where you may either log in with an existing Paypal account and make your payment or click the on-screen button on the Paypal page where it says 'click here if you do not have a paypal account'. You will then be able to provide card payment and billing details directly to Paypal to complete your purchase.
I did not receive my checkout email, what do I do?
If you do not receive the checkout email within 24 hours, please use the following e-mail address vodafonesupport@channeladvisor.com to contact us with the item number and your eBay ID and we will resend your Checkout email. Alternatively you can simply click the 'Checkout Now' Button on the auction listing page within the 'Payments Section'
What payment methods do you accept?

We therefore do NOT accept payment by cash, cheques, or postal orders, and are unable to process payments via the telephone.
What if my credit card is declined?
You will need to follow this up directly with Paypal as they perform the authorization of customer card details and payments. We will hold your order for an agreed period of time to allow you to resolve the issue, after which time the order will be cancelled if funds are not received.
I am unable to complete checkout, what should I do?
Please contact us at vodafonesupport@channeladvisor.com: please describe the error you are receiving and one of our agents will help you within 48 hours.
Do prices include VAT and delivery?
VAT is included in our prices unless stated otherwise. The carriage charges will be clearly indicated at time of purchase and will be payable in addition to the product price and included in the total payment requested via PayPal.
Do you charge VAT and will I get a VAT receipt?
VAT is included in the selling price. Your invoice will provide details of all VAT which has been included within the sale price of your item.
Who pays for postage?
Currently, delivery is FREE. Delivery is via a carrier of our choosing and is restricted to the UK mainland. Some items or delivery locations may incur additional charges. If these apply, they will be stated in the individual listing. Delivery includes basic insurance.
Do you only deliver within the UK?
We deliver to all valid UK post codes which includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles and the Scottish Highlands.
PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL ONLY DELIVER ITEMS TO THE REGISTERED BILLING ADDRESS WHICH A CUSTOMER HAS AGAINST HIS/HER PAYMENT CARD AND SHOULD MATCH THE BILLING ADDRESS WHICH IS HELD ON FILE BY PAYPAL UK. WE WILL NOT DELIVER TO ALTERNATIVE DESTINATIONS.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands/Scottish Islands?
We deliver to all valid UK post codes.
Can I have an item delivered to an address different from my credit/debit card address?
For your security, orders will only be sent to the credit/debit card holder's registered address.
