We are happy to accept payment by the following methods - Paypal, personal cheque and postal orders.
Style Sanctuary does not have a fixed timetable for payment, but the sooner we receive payment the sooner we will be able to despatch your item. We will send a courtesy email after a week or so to check all is well. If we do not hear from you, we will start the process to recover our fees from ebay, but will keep you informed at each stage.

We post items every day Monday - Friday via the Royal Mail.
We will despatch items within 24 hours if payment is received by Paypal. If paying by cheque, please allow up to 5 working days for cheques to clear.
We obtain proof of posting for all parcels sent.
We will confirm via email when your parcel has been dispatched.
If the postal option you require is not listed, please contact us.

Terms of Sale
If for any reason, the item is not as described in the auction listing, please contact us within 14 days of the auction ending. We would be happy to offer a full refund upon return of the unused item in the original packaging with all included accessories. The return postage costs would not be included in any refund.
Please note, for hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns on earrings or any items of body jewellery.
We will not be responsible for losses or breakages during the return postal process. It is highly recommended that the buyer use a traceable and insured postal service to return the product, i.e Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.
