| Q:How is postage calculated? |

| A:When you buy multiple stencils we only charge P&P for the largest, ie you buy 1 x A2 stencil (£3 P&P), 1 x A3 stencil (£2 P&P)and 1 x A4 stencil (£1 P&P), you pay just £3 P&P for the entire order/shipment (the P&P charge for the largest (A2) stencil). These are UK rates, international rates are higher but the same discount principle applies. |
| Q:But how do I get the P&P discount? |

| A:You have to pay for all your items in one transaction, eBay will calculate the total payable and deduct excess P&P charges. If you pay for each item separately you will be charged P&P for each item purchased. When you get to checkout select to pay for all your items together, if you are unsure what to do request an invoice from us before you pay. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We aim to dispatch your order within 2/3 days of cleared payment, we always post first class and standard airmail. You should receive your stencils within a few days of dispatch however we cannot guarantee delivery times, especially at busy times like Christmas. |
| Q:My stencil has not arrived yet, what should I do? |
|
| A:If, after a reasonable time, your stencils have not yet arrived, please let us know. It's always a good idea to check with your local postal depot, our large A3 envelopes and postal tubes will not fit through a letterbox and may have been returned to the depot if you were not home to receive it. We always replace or refund items lost in the post. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, we post anywhere in the world. We use standard airmail. If you would like to track your package via Airsure please ask us to quote for the extra P&P charge. |
