Auction Sales Policy:

Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.  If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 5 days without any contact from buyer, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion. Negative feedback will be left for unpaid orders and our fees will then be reclaimed from EBay which will then result in a unpaid item strike being attached to your account!

 

 

Shipping Details:

 

All shipping originates from the UK. Shipment is generally sent out by Royal Mail 2nd Class mail unless stated otherwise on the listing. Bigger/heavier orders may well be sent out by Royal Mail Parcel Force Service which takes approx 3 working days to arrive from posting date and will normally need a signature. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will often be shipped same day for you however this is not guaranteed especially during busier trading periods. For multiple items we have a maximum P&P cost of £4.90 which should automatically come up on your order. If not please request the total from seller and we will send you a updated invoice.
We are more than happy to ship internationally and this postal rate will be displayed on the listing but if unsure or if you wish to purchase several items please feel free to contact us first to determine shipping costs. Customs/import duties imposed by the destination country,if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and the customer should check before purchasing!

 

Please note that with the Parcel Force 24/48 hour services the following postcodes/areas incur an additional charge which are listed on our shipping charges page on our EBay shop and are £9.99 for a 48 hour delivery or £15.00 for a 24 hour delivery

Parcel Force deliver on the Mainland UK from Monday to Friday from 8am till 5.30pm. Weekend delivery is not normally available but can be arranged however this is expensive! Please contact us for a shipping quote. We will not be held responsible for any delay in receiving you Parcel Force delivery. We will not offer any form of compensation for delayed/damaged Parcel Force orders.

 

*Collection Service: We offer a collection service from our Aldershot warehouse,(Below), for customers that would prefer to collect an order. Our warehouse is open from 9am till 4pm from Monday to Friday. The warehouse has Chip & Pin facilities should you wish to pay for your order via credit/debit card on collection.

Returns:

In the unlikely event that a return is request, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless agreed beforehand with ourselves. The Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back unless agreed beforehand. Opened items are not eligible for return due to the nature of the products we sell. Your statutory rights are not affected by this. We cannot be held responsible for items that may have been damaged in transit this includes items that may have been heat damaged in transit as once the items leave our warehouse we have no control over the enviroment that the item is held in. If you wish us to hold onto your product during hot weather and dispatch it when it becomes cooler please let us know and we will do this for you.
