Postage
= All items are posted out within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment
= Domestic items are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier, depending on size and weight
= International items (where appropriate) are sent airmail unless requested to be sent surface mail
= We will replace or refund any items lost or damaged in transit
= Please note, Royal Mail don't class items lost until 15 days have passed
Payment
= We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, cheques, or cash on collection (where appropriate)
= Please pay within 5 days of auction end
= In the unlikely event of non-payment an Unpaid Item Strike will be filed against your account
Returns
= Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase
= If items arrive damaged a full refund (including all postage) will be given once item arrives back
= Returns for other reasons will be accepted for a refund (minus postage costs) once the item is returned unused and in the same condition it was sent
= Please email before returning goods stating item number and reasons for return
= Recorded mail or other traceable means is required on returned items in order for refunds to be processed
