We have deiced to create a page with all the questions that we receive on a weekly basis. If you do not find the answer to your question here then please contact us via eBay and we will reply within 24 hours. 1. Do we combine shipping?
Yes we do. If you require several different items then please contact us for a free, no obligation quote on the shipping charges. On larger quantities and orders we also give free shipping where ever possible. Basically the more you spend the cheaper it can work out.
2. Which postal service do you we use? We send all our product via International Registered Post from Thailand. The postal service from Thailand is excellent. As all post is sent registered it can not get 'lost in the post'. All items will have to be signed for upon receipt. Most International Countries can track the mail via their local Postal website once it reaches their area and has been delivered or attempted to be delivered.
3. How quickly will I received my item?
Post arrives in a time frame of 7-15 working days. Most post arrives within a 10 day period. All packages will be dispatched within a 48 hour business period, normally the next day. We send an email notification when your item has been shipped.
4. Can you send items via EMS?
We can send any shipment via EMS at an extra cost to the buyer. This is a fast courier service provided by all Post Offices. The delivery time is 2-4 days. Most being received in two days to Europe, UK and USA.
5. Can I return the product?
All products can be returned. We must be notified within 7 days of your intention to return the product. All products must be unopened and unused to receive a full refund. Please contact us with your concerns so we can arrange the return. All returns must be sent registered airmail back to Thailand at the buyers cost. In certain situations we will pay the cost if it is our mistake.
6. Why are some products different prices?
We try to keep all the prices of the same product at the same price. On several occasions we may have items with free shipping and others where the shipping is to be paid for, the product price will be discounted in these situations. As we are a Limited Company working out of Thailand all our expenses and sold items eventually are transferred back into local currency - Thai baht. As the exchange rates are changing dramatically at the moment all the prices come back to us as the same cost, it may be your currency that is high/low against another currency, this is reflected in the items we have for sale. We list items in Euros-€, GBP-£ AUS-$ and USA-$. If you can buy from our store, for example in US$ cheaper than GBP-£ then this is your advantage. 7. Do you do discounts? Yes we can do discounts. We can do discounts on combined postage and larger quantities ordered. If you require any items via wholesale then contact us. If the item you require is not in our store then we are happy to source item for you. We live in Thailand and have contacts through out, Phuket, Bangkok, Chang Rai, Chang mai. 8. How to contact us?
