POSTAGE & PACKING
If you are buying more than one item, please ask for a total on the postage as I will be able to reduce it for you depending on the weight. If you would like it reduced please do not complete checkout or pay for half of the items, as I can't change your invoice once thats happened. Combined postage & packing can only be made per payment, so if in doubt hold off paying till you have been given a total.

I post items 1st class and always get proof of postage. I go to the post office Monday to Friday, but not always on Saturday.

Please note that postage cost includes the cost of the packaging.

PAYMENT
Personal cheques are accepted, but there will be a delay in receiving your items while your cheque clears. Please include with your cheque (or postal order) a note saying what you are paying for!
Paypal payments and Postal Orders are accepted. Please make cheques payable to: The Scarlet Butterfly Co. If you are paying by cheque or postal order please complete checkout.
DISPUTES will be opened if no communication is given for unpaid items over 7 days.

In the unlikely event of any of my items found to be faulty, I will replace the item or refund your payment. A photo of the damaged item will be needed or if requested to be returned must be returned within 14 days.
I am afraid that I can not refund on an item if you decide you don't like it, but I am happy to exchange or issue you with a credit note that can be used against other purchases at The Scarlet Butterfly Company. (Valid for 3 months) Any extra postage and packing costs will be at your expense. Items must be returned within 7 days.

LOST POST
I take no responsibility for lost post. As a good will gesture I will chase up all lost items with the post office, but they only class mail as lost when it hasn't turned up 15 working days after expected delivery date, so proceedings can not begin until then. It then takes them another 2-3 weeks to find it/reply. If I get a refund from them it will be passed on to you (not including the postage and packing as that is not refunded to me) but not until I hear back from them. The post office only refund for jewellery if it has been sent SPECIAL DELIVERY - so please select this service when you pay if you would like this extra cover.
