Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: We normally dispatch within 1 working day with Parcelforce48 which takes 2-3 working days to arrive. Delivery will be from Monday to Friday between 8 and 5. All Parcelforce deliveries require a signature. For some small items and all items to the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands we use Royal Mail so delivery times can vary. We can arrange a Saturday delivery with Parcelforce and is an additional £12.

Q: Is there a postage discount?

A: Yes there is. When you purchase more than one rug you pay the highest postage value plus £2 postage for each additional rug. This discount will be applied automatically when all rugs are paid for in one payment. If there are any problems feel free to contact us.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. We do ship to some international destinations. If you would like a quote simply email us and we will be happy to help.

Q: How much are the delivery and packaging charges?

A: We charge between £2.95 and £12.95 for delivery and packaging depending upon the size and weight of the rug. Multiple purchases will benefit from a postage discount. These charges reflect the costs of postage and packaging, we do not make any profit from these charges.

Q: Do you provide a tracking number?

A: For items shipped with Parcelforce a tracking number can be provided, email us if you require one.

Q: Do you have a returns policy?

A: You may return any rug within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returns must be notified to us within those 14 days. Rugs being returned must be returned in the condition and manner that they were delivered. Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of goods a full refund of the cost of the rug will be given. We cannot refund any postage charges incurred.
