Where
possible,
postage/shipping will be combined for multiple auctions. If it's cheaper
I shall use Royal Mail Standard parcels to send bulk buys (UK ONLY).
Items
must be paid for no later than 5 days after the first item is bought.
If more than
one item is won and the postage is paid for individual items, they will
be sent individually.
If you win more
than one item, please wait for a combined invoice. Discounts CANNOT
be applied once payment is received.

INSURANCE
- UK Recorded
Delivery - £0.85 extra. Insurance
for auctions ending over £36.00 will be extra.
- Non-UK
registered airmail - £4.00 extra.
Insurance for auctions ending over £30.00 will be extra.
- IMPORTANT:
If insurance is NOT chosen,
I do get a certificate of posting for all items sent, however this does
not guarantee a refund for the UK, and WILL NOT be sufficient for compensation
for items sent outside of the UK.
- Insurance
for auctions ending over £10.00 is recommended.
- Items
sent by recorded delivery, special delivery and registered airmail will
require a signature when the item is delivered. If no-one is present
to sign for the item, it will be taken to your local sorting office,
where a re-delivery can be re-arranged.

CUSTOMS
For Countries
outside of the European Union, A Custom form (CN22) is completed and,
depending on your countries customs, there may be a customs charge to
be paid on delivery. |

- GIVING - In
most cases, positive feedback is left upon receipt and clearance of
payment. If I do happen to forget, I will not be offended if you remind
me (politely !)
- RECEIVING -
Feedback is a major part of eBay and I always appreciate (positive)
feedback.

- If
I do not receive a response within 3 days
of an auction end, a reminder will be sent.
- For
'Buy it now' items, a reminder email is sent 2
days after the item ends.
- If
I still do not get a response after 7 days an Unpaid Item Dispute will
be started.
- If
there is no response within 7 days of the start of the unpaid item dispute,
the dispute will be closed, in order to claim back eBay fees. This will
result in an unpaid item strike.
If
there are any problems with payment, please let me know ASAP.

- Items
may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The return
postage will be refunded, only if the item is faulty, or a wrong item
has been sent.
- Replacements
or refunds will be issued, once the item is returned.
- Items
must be sent in original condition and, where appropriate, in the
original packaging.
- If an
item is returned to me because of an incorrect address, or becasue
the item has not been picked up from a post office, the buyer must
pay for the item to be re-sent.

- Once
an item or items have been posted, an email will be sent. If you do
not received the email, please check your spam folder.
- Items
are usually sent within 3 working days of payment. For cheques and
paypal echeques, payments must clear before items are sent.
- If you
have not received your items, please first check with your local post
office to make sure they do not have the package.
- UK
BUYERS: An item is not consider as lost by the Post office
until 15 working days after it has been
sent. Please feel free to let me know you have not received an item,
but no action can be taken until the 15 working days have passed.
- NON-UK
/ OVERSEAS BUYERS
An item is not consider as lost by the Post office until 30
working days after it has been sent. Please feel free to let
me know you have not received an item, but no action can be taken
until the 30 working days have passed.
- If your
items were sent by recorded delivery or registered airmail, the tracking
ID will be sent to you, so you can track the items progress on the
Royal mail website. For non-UK buyers, you may be able to track the
items progress on your countries Post office website, once the item
has left the UK.
- Items
sent by recorded delivery, special delivery and registered airmail
will require a signature when the item is delivered. If no-one is
present to sign for the item, it will be taken to your local sorting
office.

DO I DO AT THE END OF THE AUCTION?
When the auction
has finished, please use the 'Pay now' button.
If paying by Paypal,
you can pay straight away (please make sure the correct shipping &
insurance amounts for your country are entered).
If paying by Cheque/PO
(UK only), please select the Cheque option, my details will be displayed.
Using the 'Pay
now' button will also give me your details. I process
auctions where the 'Pay now' button is used first so you will get your
items quicker. |

Sorry,
I DO NOT end auctions early, especially if another user has placed a bid
or is watching the auction. All transactions for items on auction, or
Buy it now, are carried out through eBay. |

MUCH IS THE ITEM / SHIPPING IN US DOLLARS / EUROS / MY CURRENCY ?

you are logged into your own countries ebay site (e.g. ebay.com, ebay.de)
the approximate amount in your currency should show in the item listing.
At the moment, I only accept Paypal and Credit card payments in GB pounds.
Paypal or your credit card company will use their own exchange rate and
take the appropriate amount in your currency from your account.
