Q. Do you offer combined postage on multiple items?

Yes, we offer combined postage rates on all our items. You will be charged full postage on the item
with the highest postage charge, then on each additional item you will pay the 'additional item' postage
charge which can be found at the bottom of the listings.
Q. Where can I find the dimensions for the item?
A.
We try to include product dimensions on all our listings. Please check below the item description for the
dimensions. If the dimensions are not included please follow use the 'Ask seller a question' form and
we will try to get the sizes for you.
Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?
A.
We aim to deliver all items within 10 days. You will receive a despatch notification email when your item
is sent, the item will then be delivered in 1-2 days. Please check you registered email address for this email.
Q. Do you offer Saturday delivery?
A.
We can offer Saturday delivery to parts of England. The charge for this is £25. Please contact us to confirm
if your address is available for Saturday delivery.
Q. Do you ship to Northern Ireland?
A.
Not at this time. Due to the size of many of our items we are unable to ship any item to Northern Ireland. You are welcome
to arrange your own collection and carriage of items from our Worcester office.
Q. Can we collect the item(s)?

Yes. We are based in Worcester, and items can be collected from our warehouse there. We do ask that you contact us to check your item is ready
to be collected before you turn up. Our address can be found at the bottom of our listings.
Q. Do you ship internationally?

No. We are unable to offer international postage on any of our items.
Q. When do you stop taking orders for delivery before Christmas?
A.
We expect all orders placed before midday on December 17th to be delivered before Christmas.
Any orders after this time will be delivered in the new year. We are unable to accept cheques payments after
December 7th for deliveries before Christmas.
Q. When do deliveries start after Christmas?
A.
We expect to restart deliveries on either January 3rd or 4th for all orders placed after our Christmas cut-off.
Q. When must cheques be received by to ensure delivery before Christmas?
A.
We must receive your cheque on or before December 7th to allow for delivery before Christmas. Any cheques received
after this date will mean goods delivered in the new year. This only applies to cheque payments.
