Shipping Details

All orders sent, are subject to cleared funds and a 1 day handling time when using paypal. Please note that there will be a delay in shipping of up to 5 days if you are paying via an un-confirmed paypal account or your feedback score is less than 3. We recommend that you call our office to pay by card if you do not have a confirmed paypal address.

All orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, except for Bank Holidays. Please note that our Courier and Special Delivery parcels will not be delivered on a Saturday.

All customers will be sent a confirmation email upon dispatch of their item(s).
