In order to ensure delivery services are maintained during the Royal Mail dispute "The Love Affair" is looking into alternative courier methods as we wish to provide the very best service available to our valued customers during this difficult time.
SO AT THIS POINT WE ARE OFFERING THESE ALTERNATIVE SERVICES AND PLEASE LET ME KNOW AT THE TIME OF INVOICE WHICH OPTION YOU WOULD PREFER.
1) Upgrade to ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY cost £5. Further items purchased at the same time will be despatched at no further charge. THIS SERVICE IS CURRENTLY UNAFFECTED BY THE INDUSTRIAL ACTION.
2) COLLECT+. This will allow you if there is a collection point near to your address to have an item delivered to a local point and you will be able to collect at a time to suit yourself. This is a great alternative as you do not have to wait in for a courier to arrive. Cost £3.79. Further items purchased at the same time will be despatched at no further charge. 3) You are so welcome to collect directly from us if this would suit you better.Obviously at a time agreed by us both. We are located in Stanmore in Middlesex and may even have a coffee or tea waiting for you.
4) Hopefully all Royal Mail International signed for deliveries at this point in time will be unaffected.
